Language instructions for newcomers to Canada

Learn English. Start today!

Durham LINC, the DDSB, and DCDSB have been teaching and helping newcomers, Canadians, and visitors for over 15 years. We are pleased to offer a number of programs that attend to a variety of language and training needs of new immigrants in the Durham Region. All of our schools offer English and computer skills training. Free childminding is offered to LINC and ELT students during the school year between September and June.

We encourage you to call us to arrange for a visit of our state of the art language training facilities, and meet our certified instructors, dedicated staff and wonderful students. We would love to have you over for a pot luck lunch where you could try the most delicious ethnic foods, learn about new cultures and make new friends.
