Durham LINC is pleased to offer a number of programs that attend
to a variety of language and training needs of immigrants in
the Durham Region.
While LINC and ESL facilitate the integration of newcomers into
Canadian culture and society by providing basic and intermediate
language training, ELT is an advanced sector specific language
program tailored to the needs of foreign trained professionals
looking to enter the Canadian workforce in the near future.
All of our LINC and ELT programs are free of charge and childminding
and transportation assistance is available to eligible participants.
We encourage you to call us to arrange for a visit of our state of the art language training facilities and meet our dedicated staff and wonderful students. We would love to have you over for a pot luck lunch where you could try the most delicious ethnic foods, learn about new cultures and make new friends.
